Hello Everyone..… Just a little bit about myself and how I got my start in cooking. Actually I started cooking at an early age. During this period I found lots of joy preparing various dishes for my family and many friends. I also found this to be a relaxing experience. As I continued cooking I was amazed at how mixing and using various herbs and spices had a major impact on how food tastes. After many years, I decided to turn what I saw as a hobby into a real thriving business. I wanted to be successful and soon discovered that I had to commit this effort not being a job but a labor of love. I even spent a great deal of time preparing my own Special BBQ Sauce. More recently, I have decided to cater events, to include weddings, parties, holiday events and other gatherings. I’ve also decided to have a website built to enable more good folk to know me. I am a perfectionist when it comes to cooking and believe strongly that you will love my “lip-smacking-good” BBQ and other prepared dishes. Give me a call. I believe you will be very pleased.
