 Swindon Wildcats 1986 to 1996 The Early Years

The original Swindon Wildscats started in 1986 in the Heineken British League Division One, for many supporters the halcyon days. These were the years when a good import racked up 200 points (or more) in around 25 games, Kevin Conway stopped recording his points record when he realised he could score 13 points or more in one game! Goaltenders who were considered very good would have goals against averages of about 6.5!
