A wonderful new addition to the wildlife area today, led by Davey “Gravey” Priestnall. The Welfare Park has been fortunate to receive sponsorship for a superb beehive, fully maintained by Plan B (Tony Briggs). Surrounded by thriving fruit trees, it provides the perfect home for a new colony.
Within just a day, these bees will settle in and begin their important work producing honey and supporting the local ecosystem. Davey will keep everyone updated on the bees’ progress, honey production, and future educational visits once the hive is fully established.
