This morning brought quite a bit of unexpected wildlife activity!<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">At around 3 AM, the trap was triggered. When it was checked at 5 AM, we found a surprise guest inside\u2014not a mink, but a very plump hedgehog! Thankfully, it was unharmed. The little visitor has been gently placed in a shady spot and left to wander out in its own time. It seemed quite content, if a bit sleepy!<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">To add to the morning\u2019s charm, a muntjac deer was also spotted in the park, accompanied by her tiny babies. A beautiful reminder of the wonderful wildlife we share this space with.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">The trap will be reset this evening, with extra care taken to avoid catching any more unexpected guests.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Thank you to everyone who helps keep an eye on the park and its furry residents.
