The top navigation bar is all vector relying on pop-up’s to make it work. It can be very tedious to create and
mouse-over effects don’t work on sub-menus.
The lower navigation bar is created using CSS Responsive Menu Generator as suggested by Acorn
It’s very quick to create and easy to adjust the code within the placeholder.
Further it doesn’t require multiple pop-up layers.
The small shadowed box above the navbar just acts as an indicator of which page the viewer is on.
